IT/OT Specialist - Factory Operations

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Provide onsite IT support for factory-owned and managed assets.

• Support end users and maintain IT equipment in collaboration areas.

• Execute cybersecurity tasks for IT/OT assets as a first responder.

• Maintain and troubleshoot shop floor technologies like kiosks, scanners, and vendor machines.

• Monitor and report abnormal OT system behavior.

• Install and configure security patches on critical assets.

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure secure system configurations.

• Implement security measures under guidance from global cybersecurity teams.

• Formal qualification or apprenticeship in Information Technology.

• Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS.

• Knowledge of ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
