Junior Produktionsplaner 80 - 100% (w/m/d)

Für unseren Standort in Zürich Oerlikon suchen wir einen Junior Produktionsplaner (m/w/d) für unseren Bereich Generatorschalter. In dieser Schlüsselfunktion stellst du die effiziente Planung und Steuerung unserer Fertigungsaufträge sicher und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Projektmanagement und den unterstützenden Fachbereichen. So leistest du einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Kundenaufträge.

• Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Materialverfügbarkeiten und Terminvorgaben
• Zentrale Koordinations- und Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik, Qualitätssicherung, Engineering und Projektmanagement
• Verantwortung für die Terminierung und Steuerung von Fertigungsaufträgen sowie die Sicherstellung eines effizienten Material- und Produktionsflusses
• Erstellung und Pflege von Produktionsunterlagen, Arbeitsplänen, Fertigungsdokumentationen sowie Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung
• Überprüfung von Vorgabezeiten, Pflege relevanter Material- und Stammdaten sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsplätzen und Prozessen
• Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen zur Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Leistung
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen, Abläufen und Systemen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Produktivität

• Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Prozessfachmann/-frau
• Routine im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP) und MS Office
• Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Interesse an Produktionsprozessen sowie Freude an der Analyse und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
• Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind fließend in Wort und Schrift

For our site in Zurich Oerlikon, we are looking for a Junior Production Planner (m/f/d) for our Generator Circuit Breaker division. In this key role, you will ensure the efficient planning and control of our production orders and serve as the central interface between production, project management, and supporting departments. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to the successful and timely execution of our customer projects.

• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring production processes while considering capacity, material availability, and delivery schedules
• Serving as the central coordination and interface function between Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and Project Management
• Taking responsibility for scheduling and controlling manufacturing orders and ensuring an efficient flow of materials and production activities
• Creating and maintaining production documents, work plans and routings, as well as supporting production preparation activities
• Reviewing standard times, maintaining relevant material and master data, and supporting the further development of workplaces and processes
• Analyzing production KPIs and preparing reports and evaluations to ensure transparency and performance
• Actively contributing to the optimization of processes, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally complemented by further education as a Process Specialist
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach to work
• Interest in production processes and enthusiasm for analyzing and optimizing workflows
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
