Mobility & Workforce Compliance Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating international workforce mobility, managing immigration-related activities, and ensuring compliance with country-specific legal and regulatory requirements.

• →Coordinate the deployment of commissioning engineers to projects worldwide
• →Manage visa, work permit, and immigration processes to support international assignments
• →Liaise with embassies, immigration service providers, and government authorities
• →Prepare and administer documentation related to secondments and international assignments
• →Ensure compliance with immigration, employment, tax, and social security requirements
• →Monitor legislative changes and assess their potential impact on workforce mobility
• →Partner closely with HR, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Project Managers, and Commissioning teams
• →Maintain mobility reports, KPI tracking, and compliance dashboards
• →Support process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience in Global Mobility, Immigration Services, Workforce Compliance, International HR, or a related field
• Understanding of immigration, employment law, tax, or compliance requirements associated with international workforce mobility
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Experience in an international or project-based organization is considered an advantage
