Lead the site supply planning process, ensuring alignment with regional and local demand plans to achieve business objectives.
Oversee and optimize inventory levels to reduce excess and obsolete stock while ensuring optimal availability.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to forecast demand, using data insights for effective supply adjustments.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, driving improvements to boost customer satisfaction.
Manage logistics and sourcing coordination, overseeing RFQ processes and supporting transport management.
Track key performance metrics, providing insights and reports to senior management.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, utilizing technology and best practices for enhanced operations.
Lead and mentor a team of Planners and Fulfillment Specialists, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve departmental goals.

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in inventory management and operations planning.
Proficiency in ERP / SAP systems and supply chain management software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively and engage with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
