Power Start Trainee - Electrical Engineering

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

1.You will be responsible for transformer R&D, technical optimization, cost-down initiatives, technical services and after-sales support.

2.You will lead transformer technical proposal solution and design reviews; provide on-site guidance throughout production.

3.You will handle external technical promotion, product presentations, market analysis, and preparation/review of tender and order technical specification documents.

4.You will assist in process improvements and provide technical support for additional tooling and equipment.

5.You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

1.Majoring in electrical engineering, master’s degree or above, graduated.

2.Proficient in the use of MS-office software.

3.Fluent in English Language in both spoken written and listening.

4.Good communication and teamwork skills.
