Project Construction Commissioning Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Construction & Commissioning Manager (PCCM) following an internal promotion within our team.

As PCCM, you will take ownership of the Construction & Commissioning scope from project handover through to successful execution, energisation and close-out. Working closely with Project Directors, Site Managers, clients and subcontractors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget.

You'll be comfortable making decisions in complex environments, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering results through a practical, solutions-focused approach.

• →Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• →Proven experience delivering Construction and/or Commissioning activities within major energy, utilities, industrial, infrastructure or engineering projects.
• →Experience within HV, HVDC, substations, transmission & distribution, offshore wind, renewable energy or power generation projects would be highly advantageous.
• →Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge and engage effectively across clients, contractors and project teams.
• →Commercial awareness, including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, change management, variations, claims and project performance management.
• →Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within demanding project environments.
• →Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
• →A proactive mindset with a proven ability to identify issues early and implement practical solutions.
• →Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced project environments with evolving priorities.
