Project Interface Manager

HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufacture and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. It is also used to connect power systems. As we continue to experience strong growth, we are now looking for a Project Interface Manager (PIM) to join one of our delivery projects.

• In this role you are responsible for proactively identify, manage, and control interfaces in of our complex project environment.
• You use interface management in a structured way to facilitate cross functional, cross project and cross organization collaboration between internal and external project stakeholders.
• Leading project engineering team or teams in an optimal way together with Project Engineering Manager and Technical Project Lead Engineer.
• You enable continuous and effective flow of information and communication across the project's internal as well as external interfaces.
• You work primarily with technical interfaces support our core business of Engineering.

• You have a relevant university degree and proven experience in project and/ or interface management.
• You value transparency and self motivation, and you contribute and share a broad experience of failure, success and learnings.
• You are team player that continuously is demonstrating a clear commitment and solution mindset.
• You thrive in complex project environments and have extensive experience coordinating interfaces across large-scale, technically demanding projects
• You are a confident and inspiring leader who values collaboration and relationship-building. With a focus on creating strong, long-term partnerships across teams, functions, and stakeholders.
• As we work in a global organization, you need good knowledge of English. Other languages used within the group are meritorious.
