As a Senior Quality Technician –2nd shift Production Quality, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring our products meet customer specifications while helping strengthen processes across the plant.

In this role, you will be close to the work inspecting products, analyzing data, and partnering with operations to identify root causes and drive improvement. Your contributions will directly support safe, efficient production and a positive customer experience. By reinforcing standardized processes and supporting training across shifts, you will help create consistency, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, collaboration, and continuous learning. You will be part of a quality team that values clear communication, shared ownership, and practical problem-solving where your observations and ideas truly make a difference.

  • Perform product inspections at multiple stages of the manufacturing process.

  • Inspect units prior to customer final inspection.

  • Identify root causes and close Quality Notifications (QNs).

  • Support customer issue resolution and wrap-up meeting actions.

  • Create, communicate, and maintain quality alerts.

  • Assist with procedure reviews, audits, and CCRP action items.

  • Verify adherence to standardized processes and work instructions.

  • Support training efforts to promote safety, quality, and consistency across shifts.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused environment preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer skills with willingness to learn Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to analyze issues and support root cause problem-solving.

  • Comfort working collaboratively across teams and shifts.
