Full time

Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and quantity take-offs for HVDC civil works throughout tendering and project execution.
Support cost estimation, benchmarking, affordability initiatives, and commercial evaluations.
Collaborate with engineering, project, and procurement teams to ensure accurate scope, quantities, and cost alignment.
Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and change orders to support effective cost control.
Support subcontractor management, contract administration, cost forecasting, and project reporting.
Perform quantity take-offs and cost analyses based on engineering deliverables, technical drawings, and digital models.
Drive continuous improvement by maintaining quantity and cost data, identifying risks, and recommending cost optimization opportunities.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering, commercial management, civil works, or construction management.
Experience in EPC projects, energy infrastructure, substations, HVDC, power plants, or industrial construction is an advantage.
Strong understanding of BoQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost control, and contract administration.
Familiarity with recognized measurement and cost estimation standards such as CESMM, NRM2, POM(I), or other international methods of measurement for civil and infrastructure works.
Experience working with international contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of German and/or French is considered a merit.
