Sales Specialist

Sales Specialist work focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing work, including Face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers.

• Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.

• Planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s).

• Incumbents in this specialization may also provide customer service and support, such as information on products and pricing, and resolution of issues related to billing, shipping, delivery, complaints, etc.

• Incumbents matching this specialization are compensated based on achieving sales targets.

• Business development for substation control and protection systems and telecommunications;

• Opportunity mapping among end-users in the energy and heavy industry sectors; relationship management and business development with EPCs

• Coordination with front-end and sales teams; planning, development, and execution of commercial strategies; and market mapping and business intelligence.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related

• At least 5 years of experience in related functions

• Intermediate English level

• Knowledge of the energy market (mandatory)

• Knowledge and experience in control and protection solutions for substations (SCADA and telecommunications)

• Knowledge and experience in high-voltage electrical applications.  

• Knowledge of the Mining and Oil & Gas market  (desirable)

• Experience in Telecom (Transmission, renewables) desirable; management of EPCs and final accounts
