Master Data Governance & Data Quality

Own SCM master data governance framework (materials, vendors, parameters)

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

Define data ownership, maintenance processes, and controls

Monitor and improve data quality through KPIs and governance routines

Partner with Business IS to ensure proper data structures and system alignment

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

5-10 years (Leadership position) / 5+ years (Specialist) in Supply Chain, Process Excellence, or Operations

Proven experience in process governance and standardization

Experience with ERP systems (SAP)

Strong background in master data governance and performance management

Exposure to global or multi-regional environments
