Senior IT Project Manager / PMO

As a Senior IT Project Manager / PMO, you will lead strategic HR technology initiatives and oversee the HCM project portfolio. The role combines hands-on project leadership with portfolio governance, ensuring that priorities, resources, risks, and dependencies are aligned across a complex global environment.

You will work closely with HR, IT leaders, project managers, and external vendors to deliver business value and support high-impact transformation programs. Acting as a trusted advisor and operational portfolio owner, you will help shape decision-making, improve portfolio transparency, and strengthen project delivery standards across the organization.

This is a highly visible global role with significant stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to influence how HR technology initiatives are planned, governed, and executed.

• Lead strategic HR IT projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Manage the HCM project portfolio, balancing priorities, risks, resources, and business value.
• Drive portfolio planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and dependency management.
• Prepare decision materials and provide portfolio transparency for senior leadership.
• Act as a governance liaison for portfolio reviews, approvals, and steering discussions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and global business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee vendor collaboration and support negotiations to maximize value and performance.
• Champion continuous improvement of project portfolio management practices and standards.

• Extensive experience managing large-scale IT projects in a global environment.
• Proven experience in Project Portfolio Management and portfolio governance.
• Strong understanding of HR applications or HR technology landscapes.
• Experience working with ServiceNow SPM or similar portfolio management tools.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project Management certification and advanced English communication skills.
