Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer

• Design, develop, and implement robust manufacturing processes that support safe, efficient, and scalable production.

• Lead equipment installation, validation, and commissioning activities to ensure manufacturing readiness.

• Drive factory startup initiatives, including production trials, pilot builds, and first-article manufacturing activities.

• Optimize production flow through line balancing, capacity planning, workflow analysis, and workstation design.

• Support quality management systems and lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies.

• Champion Lean Manufacturing principles through Kaizen events, visual management, and productivity improvement projects.

• Partner with engineering and production teams to support new product introductions and improve manufacturability.

• Monitor and improve key operational metrics including FPY, OEE, labor efficiency, cycle time, scrap reduction, and on-time delivery.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within an industrial production environment.

• Experience in transformer manufacturing, electrical equipment, heavy assembly, metal fabrication, or similar industries is preferred.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, PFMEA, control plans, and process validation techniques.

• Experience with industrial engineering principles, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with MES and ERP systems, with SAP S/4HANA experience considered an advantage.
