Senior Power Platform Developer - CP&O

The Opportunity

Join our digital transformation journey as a Power Platform Solution Developer, where you will design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade business applications and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders across functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations to transform manual processes into scalable digital solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and business value.

You will leverage technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 to build innovative solutions that streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance user experiences. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end solution development, from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment, support, and continuous improvement.

As part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will contribute to enterprise-wide automation initiatives, integrate business applications with internal and external systems, and help establish best practices for governance, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management. You will also explore emerging technologies such as AI-powered automation, Microsoft Copilot, and intelligent document processing to create future-ready solutions that support the organization's digital ambitions.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Develop insightful dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
• Ensure application security, governance, compliance, and performance optimization across Power Platform environments.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing solutions while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to automation and digital transformation programs through innovative use of AI, low-code technologies, and process optimization.
• Develop technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures to support adoption and sustainability.
• Support application lifecycle management, deployment standards, and best-practice frameworks for enterprise solutions.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating business applications with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong understanding of application design, data modeling, automation, and analytics best practices.
• Knowledge of governance, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management principles within Power Platform environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, business process automation, or enterprise application initiatives.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications and experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, Azure services, or SAP integrations are considered advantageous.
