Lead and deliver training sessions for both internal teams and external customers.
Oversee the certification process for field service personnel.
Maintain a state-of-the-art Service Academy and its equipment.
Prepare and update comprehensive training documentation and bulletins.
Provide expert technical support and advice to field service teams.
Collaborate with business units to align training with company strategy.
Continuously enhance your own technical knowledge and certifications.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Enhance onboarding programs to support successful integration and early productivity.
Execute training plans aligned to business and operational goals.
