Site Service Manager

H-E Parts International Crushing solutions are seeking a talented, dynamic, and skilled Site Service Manager to join our energised service team. 

You would ideally have hands on experience and intimate knowledge of the Western Australian mining market.  We require a result - oriented individual with an established track record of successful customer revenue growth. 

Proven commercial skills and negotiation ability with strong analytical capability to grasp and execute strategic objectives are essential. You would possess a strong technical background within the Crushing, Mining and Quarry Industries.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

• Adhere to safety and quality procedures at all times.
•  Identify new target customers and implement new business development action plans for each opportunity.
• Manage and build relationships with existing key customers for current and future growth opportunities - product and services offerings,
• Provide high quality and cost effective solutions for customers.
• Compilation of quotes and tenders.
• Manage and execute repairs, commission and installation of equipment.
• Ensure sufficient labour levels are in place.
• Ensure service jobs are tracked and registered within the ERP system and costs are captured accurately.
• Visit customers in conjunction with the sales team to promote Service capability of the Company.
• Prepare and manage forecasts and budgets and maintain P&L for the division.
• Identify capital resource requirements and prepare capital expenditure justifications.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with technical and sales colleagues to improve efficiencies and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Experience and Competencies required for this role:

• Commitment to safety and environmental management. 
• Formal qualification in Engineering or a recognised trade qualification in a relevant trade.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a mining or manufacturing environment, preferably crusher experience. 
• Demonstrated people management experience (minimum 5 years).
• Solid understanding of budgeting, costs, working capital management. 
• Exposure to and demonstrated understanding of the complexities of managing a missed mode manufacturing and service business. 
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and high pressure environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice. 
• Knowledge of Pronto ERP or similar package. 
• Strong time management and work planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Teamwork and leadership skills.
