Technical Lead – Full Stack Development (Angular/AWS)

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive solution design, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications. The role involves leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, conducting design/code reviews, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning and delivery within Agile/Scrum teams.

• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure SDLC and quality compliance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.

• Resolve technical challenges and drive best practices.

• Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks.

• Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, AWS, and UI technologies.

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.

• Strong expertise in Angular (Services, Guards, Resolvers, Interceptors, Pipes, DI, Routing), TypeScript 4+, RxJS, HTML, and SCSS.

• 7+ years developing and deploying Angular applications on AWS, including reusable UI components and frameworks such as SSO and Observability.

• 3+ years developing REST/JSON services using AWS Lambda.

• 3+ years developing AWS AppSync GraphQL services.

• 1+ year of AWS infrastructure automation using Terraform/Terragrunt.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Positive attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations.
