We are looking for Testing Operator to join High Voltage GIS team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our high voltage product portfolio while ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
The candidate shall be able to demonstrate a strong Electrical fundamentals and hands-on experience of Testing of various components of GIS.
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work closely with supervisor to implement standard production processes.
Modify or develop new processes / methods for repeatable, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing.
Provide precise feedback to supervisor on Yield issues.
Achieved daily production plan as per cycle time and allocated workload.
Support new product introduction on manufacturing lines.
Preparation of test setup, test protocols and maintaining records.
Handling and supporting is customer inspection activities.
Candidate should have IEC and IEEE standards.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

A Diploma in Electrical engineering with first class (above 60%)
Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional work experience.
Candidate should have a Working knowledge of SAP
Candidate should have Proficient in MS-Office
Candidate should have a Strong problem-solving skills; VSM activity; Lean management
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
