Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer and reservation records

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Travel industry experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
