Travel Reservations Agent

We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Reservations Agents. In this remote role, you will assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages.

• → Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages
• → Provide professional and timely customer support throughout the booking process
• → Research travel options and present recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• → Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservations
• → Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues
• → Stay informed on travel updates, policies, and available offerings

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
