The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries. This role involves moving products to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks, as well as performing daily equipment inspections to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

• →Operate electric stand-up counterbalance forklifts or stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• →Load and unload materials from incoming trucks and place them in designated storage areas.
• →Transport raw materials to production workstations as needed.
• →Move products and materials to pallets, crates, or designated storage or shipping locations.
• →Inspect equipment daily and perform routine maintenance to ensure operational safety.
• →Identify damages, report shortages or quality concerns, and assist with inventory counts.
• →Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and equipment activity logs.
• →Comply with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with industrial safety practices.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Must comply with company policies and legal safety guidelines.
