Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.

• →Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects
• →Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met
• →Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance
• →Review employee performance
• →Ability to execute constructive discipline process
• →Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
• →Other projects as assigned
• →Report payroll
• →Maintain all compliance and safety regulations
• →Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders

• Minimum of three (3) years managing janitorial operation
• Flexibility with hours and schedule
• Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
