As an Apprentice Estimator, you'll learn how to analyse blueprints, calculate material and labour costs, and help build competitive tenders that secure new business for Holcim UK.

Get stuck in from day one

You'll be working alongside experienced estimators and commercial teams, getting hands on with real project bids and cost models and learning how things work in the real world.

You'll build practical skills in blueprint analysis, cost forecasting, data management and tender preparation, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Every day will bring something different. You'll have the chance to learn, ask questions, try things out and build your confidence as you go.

And because you'll be learning on the job, you'll see the impact of what you do straight away.

Who are we looking for?

You don't need to know everything about construction estimating already.

We're looking for people who are detail-oriented, analytical and confident with maths. If you're the kind of person who likes digging into details, reading technical drawings and making sense of figures, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll also have the opportunity to show us what you can do through a practical skills assessment, giving you the chance to demonstrate your natural ability and problem solving skills.
