Responsibilities

→Learn and execute our field marketing system to generate leads and drive revenue
→ Understand and manage marketing performance metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI)
→Build, train, and develop a team of 10–25 field marketers
→Track performance using spreadsheets and internal systems to ensure targets are hit
→Lead by example—especially early on, when you’ll be in the field alongside your team
→Maintain and improve scripts, processes, and daily execution
→Create a competitive, high-energy team environment focused on results
→Travel to different markets for training and development as needed
