Growth Marketing Lead (m/f/d)

Buena is building the technology that real estate runs on. We're making every part of real estate transparent and seamless: From finding and financing to buying and managing properties. In less than 3 years and with fewer than 25 people at our HQ in Berlin, we've become Germany's second-largest property manager

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who will directly report to our VP Property Management. You will design the growth engine behind our property managers. At the end of your first 180 days, you'll have a repeatable playbook that you scale.

• Grow hyperlocal Property Managers from scratch. Most of our property managers grow solely through word of mouth. You'll provide them the tools and know-how to grow predictably through online and offline channels
• Partner with PortCo MDs on conversion. Generating leads is half the job. The other half is working with our local MDs to turn those leads into signed property management contracts
• Report directly to the VP Property Management and to the Leadership Team. You'll collaborate closely with Linus and his team, who build our Property Management function

• Speak fluent German (C2). Our companies operate locally, and our customers are German homeowners
• Are based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an in-office role in Prenzlauer Berg
• You've got deep performance marketing expertise. You've had a budget, ran campaigns, and can elaborate clearly on the outcomes you achieved
• Think commercially. You can take reasonable business decisions on your own and can be trusted to manage 6-figure monthly ad spends
• Thrive in ambiguity: You are confident in setting up and running your own experiments and spending time with our local MDs
