This internship offers meaningful project work, professional mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of HR functions. You'll collaborate with experienced HR professionals while contributing to initiatives that support Modern Woodmen's employees, leaders, and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

- →Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
- →Collaborate with HR team members on process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- →Gain exposure to a variety of HR disciplines through meetings, events, and cross-functional partnerships.
- →Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn.
