We’re looking for a part-time Workplace Experience Coordinator (20-30 hours per week) to serve as the primary on-site workplace lead for our Denver hub. This is an operations-first role focused on keeping the office organized, stocked, welcoming, and running each day smoothly. You’ll own day-to-day workplace execution, make most routine operational decisions on the ground, and help create an office experience that feels thoughtful, reliable, and aligned with The Homie Way.

You’ll partner closely with leadership on planning, consistency, and higher-risk decisions, but you’ll be trusted to keep the office moving and solve day-to-day needs with strong judgment, follow-through, and care.

You will own day-to-day office operations for the Denver hub within an established operating rhythm. Office readiness and operational reliability come first. Here's what you'll own:
