Founding Physician, Hone Black (Full-Time) [Remote]

At Hone Health, we believe the next generation of healthcare won't be defined by treating disease. It will be defined by proactively helping people live longer, perform better, and remain healthy for decades. We are excited to be launching a new concierge practice, Hone Black, to build that future, combining exceptional physicians, comprehensive diagnostics, technology, and concierge service into an entirely new model of longitudinal care.

Our members aren't looking for another annual physical or a collection of diagnostic tests. They want a trusted physician-led team to proactively oversee their health, identify risk early, optimize performance, and help them navigate an increasingly complex healthcare system over many years. Our patients are highly engaged members who are invested in their health and eager to partner with their physician over the long term. They value prevention over reaction, data over guesswork, and personalized care over one-size-fits-all medicine.

We're looking for a Founding Physician of Hone Black who wants more than a traditional clinical role. This physician will provide exceptional, longitudinal care to a select panel of concierge members while also helping build the clinical backbone of the practice. Working closely with our executive leadership, Medical Director, and operations team, you'll help design the care model, physician workflows, treatment protocols, diagnostic strategy, and clinical operating standards that will enable Hone Black to deliver a consistently exceptional member experience as we scale. Your impact will extend far beyond the patients you care for directly as you will help create the systems, processes, and clinical foundation that future physicians and members will rely on.

You are endlessly curious, stay at the forefront of emerging longevity science, and enjoy translating the latest research into practical clinical care that improves both patient outcomes and the evolution of our platform. You thrive on interpreting comprehensive biomarker data, developing highly personalized treatment plans, and delivering an exceptional, relationship-driven experience for every patient. Beyond clinical excellence, you're a builder—someone who enjoys creating new systems, refining processes, collaborating across clinical and operational teams, and solving complex challenges in a fast-moving environment. You're also an outstanding communicator, able to distill complex medical concepts into clear, actionable guidance that empowers patients to take control of their health.

The ideal candidate holds an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (with current licensure in California or New York preferred—we'll support additional state licensure as needed) and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Regenerative Medicine, or another relevant specialty. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience practicing lifestyle, preventive, functional, integrative, concierge, executive, or longevity medicine and be excited by the opportunity to help define the next generation of physician-led, concierge longevity care.

Hone is looking for a Founding Physician of our new concierge platform, Hone Black.

• →Deliver Exceptional Longitudinal Care (~70% of Your Time)
• →Conduct comprehensive virtual longevity consultations with a highly engaged patient cohort
• →Interpret advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearable data to develop personalized treatment plans
• →Partner with members over time, proactively optimizing health, performance, and longevity through ongoing follow-up and monitoring
• →Translate complex medical concepts into practical, actionable recommendations that empower patients to make informed decisions
• →Work with the Care Coordination team to ensure all patient inquiries are resolved in a timely manner
• →Help Build the Hone Black Medical Infrastructure (~30% of Your Time)
• →Work with Hone’s Chief Medical Officer to design clinical care pathways and physician workflows
• →Develop scalable treatment protocols and diagnostic frameworks
• →Evaluate emerging diagnostics, therapeutics, wearables, and longevity technologies
• →Define where Hone provides care directly versus coordinates with external specialists
• →Help shape the digital treatment plan and physician experience
• →Improve how AI and technology support clinical decision-making without replacing physician judgment
• →Serve as a thought leader and spokesperson for Hone externally, including media, conferences, and strategic partnerships
• →Recruit, mentor, and help onboard future physicians as the practice grows

• Comfortable interpreting comprehensive biomarker panels & creating personalized treatment plans
• Comfortable collaborating with operations teams
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state, with current licensure in CA or NY preferred. Hone will work with you to get additional licenses 
• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology,Gynecology, Orthopedics or Regenerative Medicine, or other relevant specialty
• 7+ years of experience practicing lifestyle, preventive, functional, integrative, concierge, executive, or longevity-focused medicine preferred
