We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, demonstrates strong clinical reasoning, and is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.

• →Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions using evidence-based techniques.
• →Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
• →Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• →Document patient progress accurately and timely in EMR systems.
• →Educate patients on injury prevention, post-operative care, and home exercise programs.
• →Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical improvement initiatives.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
