Peer Advocate Internship Fall 2026

Have the opportunity to gain practical experience in your field of study! Plus, Horizon offers opportunities in a variety of settings that include our outpatient clinics, residential facilities, and inpatient/detox facility. And the best part? You aren’t alone! Current enrollment in a CRPA or MH peer certification is required

This internship will be located in Buffalo, NY. Specifically, it will be located at one of the below locations:

• 3020 Bailey Ave, Buffalo NY
• 699 Hertel Ave, Buffalo NY
• 77 Broadway, Buffalo NY

Our internship supervisors strive to offer flexible schedules; however, placements are currently available Monday through Friday. During the application, you’ll be asked to provide your full availability so we can make the best possible match.

• This internship is for the Fall 2026 semester. Start date will be discussed throughout the interview process and is contingent on a successful completion of all onboarding requirements.
