Job Description:	Horry-Georgetown Technical College seeks an Adjunct Instructor to teach Construction Management. This individual will report to the department chair and will be responsible for the following duties: Preparing lesson plans Develop and delivery online instruction Student attendance, grading and advising
Advertised Salary:	Commensurate with education and experience
Minimum Requirements:	Associate degree with 5 years construction experience and current general contractors license or bachelor’s degree in construction management, structural engineering or architecture. Previous teaching experience is helpful but not required. Working knowledge and subject matter expertise in construction industry is a must. Course content to include, but not limited to the role of the print reading, building systems, project management and estimating. Our program take a hands on approach to delivery of the subject matter.
