Account Associate, Employee Benefits

• →Gather client reporting, review data and organize into summaries for benefits clients on a predetermined cadence (monthly, quarterly or semi-annually). \
• →Support carrier implementations and renewals processing, filling out applications, ensuring census accuracy, carrier connection file builds & providing training to clients when appropriate.
• →Assist with client material creation
• →Process eligibility changes and set up client invoicing 
• →Handle local office and department administrative responsibilities 

• Minimum 2 years experience in Group Benefits working on the agency side or the carrier side, or comparable experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Texas Life & Health or acquiring once hired
• A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology
• Desire to learn and grow in the employee benefits field
• Effectively speak, read, write, and comprehend English.

• This role will be hybrid 2-3 days in the office weekly in our Fort Worth office.
