We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist!

What will I be doing as a receptionist?

• Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests
• Performing smooth check-in and check-out for guests ensuring that our guests are responded to promptly and professionally at all times.
• Assisting with guest enquiries and resolving general complaints
• Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer.
• Working well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service and high team morale.
