Are we looking for YOU?!

As a Receptionist at the Courtyard Amsterdam you will be a member of a great team where everyone is just as important as the other.

• You will be responsible for the arrival and departure of our guests and the completion of all shift checklists.
• You will be responding to every guest’s requests including concierge requests.
• You will meet different guest every day and you will have an exciting time.
• You need to provide a personal and friendly service to our guests.
• You are service minded and your focus is on the guest experience.
• You have an eye for details
• You are a team player
• You have great energy and you are a people person
• You are flexible and positive
• You have experience from working at a hotel reception before
• You are good with technology and you have been working with Opera (PMS) before
• You speak and write fluently English, Dutch and preferably a third language
• You are flexible with working nights shifts

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aankomst en het vertrek van onze gasten en het afronden van alle checklisten.
• Je zal vragen en verzoeken van gasten beantwoorden en ook de concierge taken uitvoeren.
• Elke dag leer je nieuwe gasten kennen van verschillende nationaliteiten wat zorgt voor een leuke beleving iedere dag opnieuw!
• Je behandelt iedere gast op een persoonlijke en vriendelijk manier
• Je bent service- en gastgericht
• Je hebt oog voor detail
• Je bent een teamplayer
• Je bent flexibel en hebt een positieve en energieke houding
• Je hebt werkervaring in een hotelreceptie
• Je bent goed met technologie en hebt eerder met Opera (PMS) gewerkt
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en bij voorkeur een derde taal
• Je staat ervoor open om af en toe een nachtdient te werken.
