No prior experience is required for these entry-level opportunities, and we’re committed to providing the training and support you need to succeed and grow as a valued member of our team.
Dietary Aide - Days
We are excited to offer paid time off and a 403b retirement plan open to all employees, both effective immediately upon hire. For employees hired at 30+ hours/week we have great health insurance that offers a variety of coverage and cost levels, and dental and vision insurance. Full-time employees (40 hours/week) receive paid holidays!

Dietary Aide - Days
- Assist with dining room set-up and clean-up
- Assist with meal preparation and distribution
- Help to maintain the kitchen and dining areas are clean and organized
- In all tasks, adhering to appropriate safety, food safety, and sanitation techniques and requirements
- 6a – 2:30p, 30 hours every two weeks, including every other weekend.
- Dietary Aide Pay Rate: $15.00
- Preparing and serving meals in a timely manner
- Assist with meal preparation, distribution, and dining room set-up and clean-up
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable kitchen.
- Assuring appropriate food safety and sanitation techniques are utilized.
- 6a – 2:30p, 32 hours every two weeks, including every other weekend.
- Cook/Dietary Aide Pay Rate: $19.00
- Will need to have food safety certification within 3 months.

Qualifications
- Previous experience is preferred, but if you aren't afraid to jump in, work hard, and learn as you go, we'd love to hear from you! We are willing to train you to be successful in either of these positions.
- In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- All employees must pass a criminal background study as determined solely by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
