Hover helps people design, improve, and protect the properties they love. With proprietary AI built on over a decade of real property data, Hover answers age-old questions like “What will it look like?” and “What will it cost?” Homeowners, contractors, and insurance professionals rely on Hover to get fully measured, accurate, and interactive 3D models of any property — all from a smartphone scan in minutes.

At Hover, we’re driven by curiosity, purpose, and a shared commitment to serving our customers, communities, and each other. We believe the best ideas come from diverse perspectives and are proud to cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture that inspires growth, accountability, and excellence. Backed by leading investors like Google Ventures and Menlo Ventures, and trusted by industry leaders including Travelers, State Farm, and Nationwide — we’re redefining how people understand and interact with their spaces.

Hover is growing from a point solution into a platform that contractors, homeowners, and insurance teams rely on every day. We're looking for a product leader to make Hover feel like one intuitive, connected product, from the first signup to the workflows customers rely on every day. You'll own the shared experiences that help small businesses get started on their own and help larger organizations collaborate with confidence. You'll bring the vision to see what's possible and the craft to make it real, combining deep product judgment with technical and design fluency. You'll also help shape how AI works across the entire Hover platform.

You'll lead product for Hover's Core experience, partnering with product teams across Construction and Insurance. You'll set the strategy for the shared foundations every team builds on and work closely with Design and Engineering from discovery through iteration. You'll define success in measurable customer outcomes and use the product regularly to understand customer friction firsthand. Because every product area depends on Core, you'll help the team make deliberate tradeoffs and focus effort where it matters most.

  • Make Hover work as one product. Set the strategy for signup, authentication, navigation, accounts, teams, permissions, sharing, and collaboration. Build shared foundations and design patterns that connect customer journeys and help teams build faster without fragmenting the experience.
  • Build self-service growth. Help customers discover value, get set up, become productive, and expand their use of Hover without high-touch support at every step. Partner with GTM and Marketing to improve activation, conversion, and retention through research and disciplined experimentation.
  • Raise the bar for product craft. Set a high bar for usability, accessibility, reliability, and maintainability while helping the team move quickly. Build a culture that measures success by whether the experience works well for customers.
  • Connect product decisions to business outcomes. Tie product investments to activation, retention, conversion, revenue, and operational cost.
  • Build an AI-native way of working. With your team, build automated loops that turn customer feedback and product signals into proposed improvements, tests, and measured learning. Set clear goals, evaluate quality, and define where human review is needed. Apply AI to onboarding and self-service where it meaningfully improves the experience.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including shipping customer-facing products at scale
  • Experience owning complex, cross-cutting product surfaces such as platform, core UX, identity, onboarding, or growth, ideally serving both small businesses and enterprises
  • Strong product and business judgment, with the ability to move comfortably between strategy and detailed interaction decisions
  • Technical and analytical fluency: you can investigate product behavior and partner with Engineering on APIs, permissions, instrumentation, and architecture tradeoffs
  • A track record of trusted partnerships with Design, Engineering, other product teams, and GTM, and of making progress through ambiguity
  • AI fluency: you use AI daily to analyze, prototype, and build, and you can show prototypes, agents, or automated workflows you've created and explain how you evaluate their quality
  • Experience building mobile-first products
  • Experience with B2B software in construction, home services, or insurance
  • Experience unifying several products into one platform experience
