Education and Experience Required: * Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor's degree in February 2028 * Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university. Preferred Majors/Programs: * Computer Science * Data Engineering / Data Analytics * Industrial Engineering * Process Engineering * Business Administration Preferred Knowledge and Skills: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Microsoft Excel. * Interest or experience in data analytics, automation, AI, or process improvement. * Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Python, or similar technologies. * Ability to communicate effectively in English. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment. * Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and digital platforms.
