Procurement Process - Transformation Lead

• →Lead end-to-end procurement process transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.
• →Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for procurement processes, and leverage procurement best practices.
• →Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement standardized, scalable solutions.
• →Lead small, medium, and large transformation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• →Partner with business stakeholders, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to define business requirements and deliver process improvements.
• →Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation using SAP and other procurement technologies.
• →Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and KPI frameworks to measure transformation success.
• →Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
• →Develop and deliver user training, process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
• →Support governance, process compliance, audit requirements, and continuous improvement initiative.

• 8–12+ years of procurement, supply chain, or business process transformation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• SAP MM Certification (preferred or required based on organizational needs)

• Strong expertise in Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Proven experience leading procurement transformation and business process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, procurement operations, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
• Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience leading change management, user training, and organizational adoption initiatives
• Project management experience is an added advantage
• Compliance and Controls – Strong understanding of procurement policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to governance standards
