Responsibilities
~1 min read- →On-site Factory Management: Lead the quality oversight of System Assembly, Test (including Run-In), and Packaging processes at the supplier's site.
- →Quality Governance: Monitor real-time production quality to ensure all outputs strictly adhere to HP’s standards and delivery schedules.
- →Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and optimization initiatives within the manufacturing line to improve yield and operational efficiency.
- →Issue Resolution & RCA: Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for technical failures; provide and implement timely corrective actions for customer complaints or line issues.
- →Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with external suppliers and internal departments to resolve quality roadblocks and ensure a smooth production flow.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in quality assurance, reliability, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
