Trade Marketing Manager Description - Job Summary * This role is responsible for serving as an expert for partners, customizing solutions, and identifying new strategic partnerships. * The role achieves quotas while improving sales processes and collaborating across functions. * The role addresses conflicts, conducts research, and provides administrative support to ensure seamless partner interactions. Responsibilities * Serves as the expert to the partners for advanced information regarding the organization’s offerings, promotions, and configuration. * Collaborates with partners to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs, including customization of products and services to align with client requirements. * Identifies new partners that align with the organization's strategic objectives and foster their integration into the sales ecosystem. * Works with a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned quotas while engaging in transactional and relationship selling in adherence to legal requirements. * Contributes to the continuous improvement of partner sales processes and strategies based on feedback and insights. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on partner-related initiatives. * Assists in the resolution of minor conflicts or issues between partners and the organization. * Conducts initial research on prospective partners and prepares proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential partner deals. * Provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth partner interactions and sales processes.
