Data Solutions Sales Graduate

We are looking for an ambitious and high-potential Graduate Data Solutions Specialist to join our growing organization in HPE Winnersh.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity designed for an individual at the beginning of their career who is passionate about technology, data, and innovation, and eager to develop into a future Data Solutions Specialist. 

You will receive ongoing mentoring, coaching, and hands-on experience across HPE's data solutions portfolio, including data storage, data management, hybrid cloud, AI-driven technologies, and modern IT infrastructure. The role combines technical learning, solution development, customer engagement, and collaboration with sales and technical teams, providing an excellent foundation for a successful career in enterprise technology and data solutions. 

You will gain valuable exposure to how HPE helps customers manage, protect, analyze, and maximize the value of their data, while developing the technical expertise, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills needed to deliver innovative solutions to complex business challenges. 

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree from 2025 or 2026 preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. 

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. 

• Genuine interest in technology,  data solutions, networking, cloud, AI, or cybersecurity. 

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners. 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development. 

• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. 

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commercial mindset. 

• Generate qualified opportunities across SMB and Commercial accounts. 

• Focus on IB customers and build relationships  

• Become a trusted and valued member of the sales organization. 

• Successfully support customer events, workshops, and community engagement activities. 

• Build a strong foundation in Storage and Data Solutions, security, AI-driven operations, and enterprise sales. 

• Develop the skills, knowledge, and experience required to progress into a future Account Manager or Sales Specialist role.  

• Internship, placement year, or part-time experience in sales, marketing, customer success, retail sales, or business development. 

• Experience organizing events, student organizations, communities, or networking activities. 

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot. 

• Basic knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or AI solutions.
