• →Lead the development projects from the requirements phase to the execution phase.
• →12+ years of total experience.
• →Debug issues in distribution filesystems with an understanding of concurrency and failover scenarios.
• →Ability to understand POSIX compliance and S3 compliance. This would be an added advantage as DF is POSIX-compliant file system and S3-compliant object store.
• →Learn new open-source projects and contribute to it.
• →Mentor a team and lead them towards high-quality project deliveries.

• Experience in distributed systems.
• Ability to learn complex systems.
• Ability to code in C/C++/Java/Golang
• Experience in highly scalable multi-threaded systems
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Preferably B.Tech / B.E)
