Senior Engineering Program Manager

This Engineering Program Manager (EPM) role will be primarily responsible to lead SW Programs including Cloud Infra programs within Campus and Branch program mgmt team.  EPM will lead a cross-functional team across multiple functions like SW, Test, PLM, Technical publications, customer services and other Application teams driving all the end-to-end deliverables from concept to delivery.  There will also be opportunity and requirement to work on HW programs as needed.

• →Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
• →10-12 years of experience in IT product-based company preferably in a Telecom/ Networking domain
• →7+ Years of Program management experience, preferably with 5+ years leading SW/Cloud programs 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Scrum Master (SCM) certification
