Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a blend of design prowess, Webflow development expertise, astute project management, and a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals. The ideal candidate will be the linchpin in our projects, ensuring seamless execution from conception to launch, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively ensure the design and development meet client expectations, filling in gaps as needed to ensure the quality of the build.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional design and development teams to execute on builds, maintain alignment, and ensure cohesive project execution.
- Lead project planning and management, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
- Manage the launch process, coordinating with clients for DNS transfers and ensuring a smooth transition to live environments.
- Provide training and support on Webflow CMS to clients, ensuring they are empowered to manage their platforms effectively.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies, continually enhancing our offerings and driving innovation within the agency.
- Conduct thorough QA testing, identifying and resolving issues to maintain the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Webflow, including its development capabilities and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing digital projects from initiation to completion.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies, including technical aspects like 301 redirects.
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
