Responsibilities

→Support product discovery, research, and requirements gathering.
→Document user needs, business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
→Assist in maintaining the product backlog and prioritization discussions.
→Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Design, and Project Management teams.
→Support sprint planning, demos, release preparation, and product validation.
→Track product feedback, issues, analytics, and improvement opportunities.
→Assist with competitor research, user testing, and feature documentation.
→Support product KPI tracking and the preparation of product updates.
