- Strong understanding of pricing models, project estimation, and engagement models.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up, reporting, and pipeline management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet lead generation and business development targets.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar outreach tools.
- Understanding of international client communication and B2B sales processes.
- Experience working with software houses, IT services, or technology consulting companies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Excellent written communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
Responsibilities

- →Write customized and compelling proposals for MERN, AI/ML, web, and custom software development projects.
- →Understand client requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.
- →Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare project scope, estimations, and proposals.
- →Manage Upwork profile performance, bidding strategy, response rate, and proposal quality.
- →Track outreach activities, bidding performance, conversions, and pipeline progress.
- →Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the pre-sales process.
