Experience managing reconciliations, ledgers, invoicing, payments, and financial records.

Experience coordinating with tax consultants for tax filings, documentation, and compliance matters.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience within the real estate industry would be a plus.

Responsibilities

→Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
→Maintain accurate ledgers, process invoices and payments, and perform regular account reconciliations.
→Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate aging reports.
→Prepare monthly financial reports, account schedules, and supporting documentation.
→Coordinate with tax consultants for tax filings, compliance requirements, and related documentation.
→Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.
→Maintain proper documentation and financial controls in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
→Coordinate with management and internal stakeholders on financial matters and provide timely financial information for decision-making.
