→Respond to student inquiries and provide guidance on educational and career development opportunities.
→Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to understand their needs.
→Explain relevant programs, courses, and available services to prospective students.
→Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the process.
→Guide students in identifying suitable educational programs and career pathways.
→Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counselling sessions, and follow-up activities.
→Achieve assigned performance targets while maintaining ethical practices and professional conduct.
→Coordinate with the Team Lead to improve student engagement and maintain service quality.
