This is a great opportunity to learn the business, gain real experience, and grow into a full-time broker role.
Responsibilities

- →Support lead agents with client tours and scheduling
- →Provide feedback after showings
- →Deliver a professional and positive client experience
- →Learn the flow of real estate transactions in real time
- Illinois Real Estate License required
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (evenings/weekends may be needed)
- Punctual, organized, and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
