Operations Officer in Leasing (FI, SE)

Our CLIENT is looking for new colleagues to join their Nordic Asset Finance teams, supporting customers in Finland and Sweden. The teams are responsible for the administration and lifecycle management of leasing agreements that help businesses finance vehicles.

The company is currently expanding 2 teams. While the markets differ, the work is similar, and the teams collaborate closely, share knowledge, and help each other do well. We're looking for candidates who are curious, motivated, and ready to learn. Previous financial services or leasing experience is an advantage, but attitude, willingness to develop, and commitment to quality are even more important. We are looking for people who enjoy being proactive, helping teammates, and contributing from day one.

• Manage administrative tasks related to leasing agreements throughout their lifecycle.
• Process customer requests and documentation while ensuring accuracy and high quality.
• Work with colleagues across Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark in an international environment.
• Learn multiple processes and gradually build expertise in Asset Finance operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to simplify and enhance our ways of working.
• Support quality and risk management activities to ensure excellent customer and stakeholder experience.
• Use a variety of banking systems and digital tools to deliver efficient and reliable service.
• Become part of a collaborative team culture where knowledge sharing and continuous learning are encouraged.

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, operations, finance, or banking is beneficial but not required.
• Motivated to learn and develop in a professional banking environment.
• Ownership of your work and pay attention to details.
